How ordering here works.

This site is run by TISCO Tire Group, the online store of Tire Services Company. Using it means you're okay with the terms below — they're short because ordering here is simple.

• How orders and payment work. An order on this site is an order request, not a completed sale. We review every order, confirm price and stock with you, and nothing is charged until you approve. Once you approve, payment is by card, purchase order, or on your account terms.
• Pricing is per account. Prices you see signed in are your company's contract prices, they can change when your contract changes, and they're confirmed on each order.
• Retreads. Retreads are built and inspected in our plant; we don't recommend retreads on steer axles, and application guidance on this site is general — your salesperson is the final word for your equipment.
• Your account is yours. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We can suspend accounts that misuse the site.
• The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but catalog info can contain errors and the site can be down; the confirmed order paperwork — not the website — is what governs a sale. Illinois law applies.
